Tal objetivo se alcanza mediante la utilizacin del computador, para dar vida a objetos en un mundo fsico o virtual, en el cual todo objeto del entorno es visto como un pequeo sistema inteligente que pueda ser estudiado en interaccin con el resto del mundo fsico (real o virtual) u otros objetos inteligentes. De manera que el computador pueda ser usado como puente entre las estructuras formales, puramente abstractas (programas informticos) y los aspectos claves del mundo fsico real. El software cuenta con una interfaz grafica que permite al usario construir bloques de instrucciones: esta interfaz se realizo teniendo en cuenta los conceptos recientes de usabilidad y accesibilidad, asegurando as que el usuario sea capaz de aprender a usar la aplicacin en poco tiempo y en temprana edad. Se utiliza bloque, sensores y motores, al implementar los bloques condicionales repetitivos se manejan variables que controlan la interaccin con los sensores y la reaccin ante estmulos, permitiendo crear bloques con instrucciones anidadas. Esta herramienta es adecuada para introducir conceptos de programacin y lgica algortmica a estudiantes desde temprana edad. El sistema laboratorio simulado es una implementacin directa de la perspectiva Constructivista y Heurstica en la educacin de acuerdo a Piaget y Papert, las personas seleccionan activamente los aspectos relevantes de su entorno, manipula objetos concretos y asimila nuevos conocimientos por medio de una observacin de los efectos de estas acciones.
